error codes 721, 621

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug hi, every time in the last couple of months, i am getting error code 721 (the most), 621, 1017, and 209. it happens every time and in every gameplay mode in multiplayer. I have re-installed the game once and it did not help (at the PlayStation store there are 4 versions of the game but it does not say what is the difference). other titles - Fifa 20, UFC3, Battlefield 1, Battlefield 5, Battlefield 4, all work perfectly fine. my PS4 is connected with LAN.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00 pm (all day)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? EAT - GMT + 3:00

What happens when the bug occurs? the game disconnect from the internet and returns to the main menu.
What do you expect to see? that the won't disconnect every time

    @Inbar741 To test with the phone is to rule out the PS4 or the network.

    Would not be account related.

    @EA_Atichello,
    I checked all the options suggested on the page.
    after a month, I played again SWBF2 and had 4 disconnections in 90 minutes, which is less than I had before.

    I re-installed the game on my ps4 and the problem still exists.
    can the problem be in the specific version of the game?
    I did everything I could in terms of internet connection.
    what are the requirements of downloading and uploading speed?

    Would not be specific version of the game, as everyone would be affected by it. @Inbar741 

    Around a 1mb's up and down. but its less about speed and way more about stable connection. 

    Do you have 4h device (like a phone) that you can use as a network and see if that works.

    @EA_Atic I'll try to use my phone, though it is highly unlikely to work, as
    other titles, like UFC3, Battlefield 5/1/4, FIFA20, and NBA 2K20 never disconnected or even had lags during online multiplayer matches.

    could it be a problem with my account? (I never did anything wrong or received a warning)
