What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug error codes
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Johnathan19980
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game......
What happens when the bug occurs? kicks me back to the main screen
What do you expect to see?
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

I have so many different error codes I cant even remember them all.... I cant play online because its so laggy I have done everything. My wifi is good but the game keeps kicking me out. I haven't had the problem till either the latest widows update or the latest update for the game.

    Summarize your bug Issue with getting disconnected from EA servers and getting kicked from games and not being able to reconnect to EA servers

    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/30/2017
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
    What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play galactic assault for 3-4 matches straight.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes and you get kicked backto the home screen with a message stating you've been disconnected from EA servers.

    Getting EA server disconnects every few matches consistently while in game and getting booted from the match and not being able to reconnect afterwards. The only fix is to go to the xbox home screen and close/quit the app the and re open the game.

    For reference this is only happening with this game. Titanfall II and BF1 play just fine and I have never experienced this problem with either of them (PC or xbox versions)

    Summarize your bug Error Code 770 pops up on screen after playing arcade mode in the game.
    What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? DARKORANGE2794
    How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
    Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 27/05/18
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 13:51PM
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
    What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1. While in arcade mode for the Xbox one pause the game and it should say in the top left hand corner if your connected or have been disconnected from the game. Step 2. then quit from the game and it will return you to the in game menu now see if the error code 770 pops up on screen.
    What happens when the bug occurs? When I'm playing arcade mode for some reason and I don't know why but it disconnects me from the EA servers for SWB2 and when I quit my match and return to in game menu I try reconnecting and it pops up with Error code 770 ''You have lost connection to the EA servers. Online connection will be unavailable''. Now I have spoken to a live customer agent on the Microsoft Xbox One team and they have said they are having no problems with the game and that I should contact EA as it probably is a problem with your servers at EA please help.
    What do you expect to see? I expect to see this sorted out and resolved asap by your specialists for the SWB2 game.

    No Just to let you know and your team I haven't experienced any problems after the latest hotfix all is good with connecting to the servers and no error code 770. Thanks for your help on my issue. 🙂
