@mysweetescape13 they're STILL not doing anything to help us, the communication is abysmal for the real issues but they seem to reply to people for minor individual problems!?
I agree with everything you have said and i have lost all trust, faith, respect and patience with the handling of this game and as @TheSplynncryth says I am now only logging in to get my daily crate and maybe do a timed challenge. Before these major problems started (for me most notably patch 1.1) the highlight of my day was playing this game (sad but true).
I, like so many others, hold Star Wars close to my heart and am disgusted that EA and it's affiliates have given it such disdain and alienated so many people in the process.
Like yourself I honestly don't know what else to do other than take to these forums and leave comments or posts in the hope that someone takes note and actually does something about it.
I started off with calm, collected and respectful comments... they didn't work.
I have tried anger, sadness, sarcasm... they don't work either.
I've tried direct messages to admins and conversations via online chat... guess what?... no success.
Have now sent a message direct to Disney to see if that does anything, slim chance but worth a try.
Everyone should do the same.

After my three day EA imposed vacation, the game is being shelved, today. I suggest others do the same.

Sadly, I haven't even launched the game since last Thursday or Friday. Haven't missed it much. Not fun to deal with the problems. I really wanted to love this game. The potential is still there.- Anonymous7 years ago
@TheSplynncryth I cannot speak to it, for the fear that some other pretentious person will grant me another 3 day vacation or longer just for indicating the obvious. Let us just say that I provided proof of the lack of assistance and I was blatantly direct about such failure. That comment was also deleted.

Saw a response from Disney in my e-mail inbox and got excited for a moment.
Then i read it and read the words:
"As this is a third-party game, we would recommend reaching out to the support team for Battlefront II directly so that they can address this feedback appropriately."
Errrrr.... yeah.... tried that countless times... that's the point of reaching out to you!!?...
So I have sent a response e-mail reiterating my original reason for contacting them and asking why they have an option in their help section for Battlefront 2 if they're not going to help??
Feel it is a lost cause but will persist anyway as we're certainly not getting any help/information/justification for poor services on these forums.
@mysweetescape13 am shelving the game also until i see some distinct improvements in communication from EA at least.
In the meantime I saw this on Twitter, but get the feeling it's another cop-out and a way to buy more time whilst saying nothing:

@SnowmanHD Good for you! Find something else to do. If you have a PS4, I would be happy to add you and play with you on Star Trek Bridge Crew.
P.S. yes I just purchased a brand new PS4 Pro White Glacier 1TB from GameStop, A brand new PS4 VR bundle with camera and move controllers from Target, and ST: Bridge Crew PS4 VR from Amazon.
