Event Pop-Up Window Not Appearing

Summarize your bug Usually, when I launch the game for the first time during an Event weekend, a pop-up message appears that explains what Event is going on for the weekend. I haven't had the pop-up appear yet this weekend, and I didn't see one for last weekend's Event either. These pop-ups help reduce player confusion, as I have seen multiple posts both here and on the Community Forums from players who could not understand why certain units were so expensive last weekend or so inexpensive this weekend.

What happens when the bug occurs? No pop-up window appears to inform the player about the current in-game Event, and the Community and Bug Report forums get spammed by confused players wondering if they have been hacked or if a bug/glitch has occurred

Pretty simple, really: no pop-up window is appearing to inform players about the current in-game Event, and players are getting confused. This has happened for at least the last two weekend Events. I also cannot remember the last time I saw a pop-up for the midweek Double XP.
