FAIL TO CONNECT TO EA SERVERS FOR DAYS

Hello there, I'm facing an issue where the games (on PC) can't connect to EA servers for four days now (since 26/2/2019) and still unable to find any cause and solution. 

  • @encs5- at the menu, go to options/ea account. When you click on this you will see ping site about halfway down. Scroll through trying the ones with the lowest Milliseconds first. Also go to this link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/ and make sure you download and run UOtrace. Take a screenshot and post here. This will help determine if you have any local connection issues. An internet speed test wouldn't hurt either.

    I will be offline for a while but will check back later.

    @encs5 - are you getting any error messages? What region and ping site. Have you tried other ping sites?

    @ggibb65 For example, whenever I started Star Wars Battlefront 2, at the menu, it said failed to connect to EA Servers asking to check the internet connection with an error code: 721. My currently region is Southeast Asia. How do I check and try other ping sites?

  • I switch my WIFI setting from public network to private network, and the game connect to the EA right away. Think its something to do with the firewall.
