Found out some more info. This is stemming from a community known as 4finns. They attack other communities/streamers and blix is doing this in retaliation since EA won't ban anyone
Incorrect. The community you refer to is a competitive Battlefront 2 discord community where organized games are formed. There is no coordination from the admins concerning "attacking" any community or streamer (but I am curious, since you speak in the plural form, which communities and streamers are being attacked by the members of 4finns according to you??).
C-town knows this is the case, yet is trying real hard to deceive those members of the community that are too new or unrelated to veteran players, in a feeble attempt at gaining favor. Almost anyone who is anyone in the community knows that C-town is notorious for accepting hackers (including [REMOVED]) into his community in order to "fight streamsnipers" and hurt other streamers he deems are his competition (e.g. Jetfyi, Smalltownngames, etc.). He has been exposed as associated with these cheaters in a private cheating discord before: [REMOVED]
These hackers you accepted with open arms were already cheating and crashing lobbies before you were part of the picture C-town. They will keep doing it long after you're gone to play Helldivers or whatever it is you play now. You are fooling yourself into thinking they are doing it out of some righteous cause. They do not care about you. All you did was give them a platform. And the consequences are well-known. Good job!

And doesn't your statement prove that you're working with [REMOVED]. You know his motivations? He's crashing lobbies and cheating because you got streamsniped for over a year. You're also very deserving of it.
