False positive ban

This is terrible. i got banned after 2 days of playing Battlefront. The game was obtained legally, did not cheat. I didn't play very well at all to be suspected of using cheats. EA support writes bac...

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

All a player can do is either buy the game on a new account or to close their wallet and stop supporting the company which refuses to even explain them their infraction.

I do not know many cases where one managed to successfully escalate such issues to the managers of the the teams that do this work.
