I can confirm that this is still an issue in Co-Op mode on PlayStation 4 as of 02/04/2020. Defeated both Kylo Ren and Captain Phasma in Co-Op mode on Takodana as a Caphex Spy. Following the conclusion of the match, the Fight as One Trooper Challenge remained at 0/30.
