@ZekeStarkiller Thanks for the post, and very well spotted.
From what we've been able to see these are definitely related, and what's happening is the duplicates are getting added to your card inventory instead of getting turned to credits.
When the game checks your card inventory for your class rank it counts all of them, including the duplicates, leading to the inflated number.
The studio are aware of the issue and hopefully we'll have an update soon.
- Anonymous8 years agoOk @EA_David but I just hope the studio is aware that it’s not just duplicates that are inflating the values. It’s any and every card receiving scenario that inflates the MP card values. (Duplicate, new or upgrade)
- 8 years agoDoes this only affect PS4s or PCs as well. And no, I hadn’t noticed it because I don’t know all my card scores. Here’s a reason to write up a spreadsheet to track them though!

@BulletMagnetEd Yes, this seems to affect a relatively small number of seemingly-random users on each platform.
@ZekeStarkiller Yep, legitimate card gains that should be increasing the class level will also add onto the illegitimate levels from the issue.
Cheers

Thanks for the answer. The burning point for me now is to whether keep buying the crates or just wait for the update. I opened a bunch of daily crates today and noticed that I didn't get credits at all for the duplicates, and same thing with crates I bought. Will the players, who suffer from this bug, get compensated for their lost credits? Or will it just be fixed, and the credits that you should have gained, will be lost forever? If it's the second case, then I won't buy a crate until that update is launched into the game.

Supposedly they are going to be able to compensate for lost credits/crate items but until we see the update no way of knowing for sure.
