All right guys, I have a fix, but you might not like it...
So I talked to EA Support and he game me a few trouble shootings to try. I only did the first two, The first being reset mac address which I'm sure had nothing to do with the fix.. What I did have to do was delete the "cloud saves" that is under your username.Â
DELETE CLOUD SAVES
1. On Home, pull the right trigger, and then press A to open My games and apps.
2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.
3. Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.
4. Choose Delete everywhere.
5. Restart Console
the part that sucks is that you have to start a new campaign. I didn't lose any achievements or rewards, but I did have to start again. I was skeptical about having to restart but I loved the story so much that it isn't a big deal. plus I am playing it on the hardest difficulty on top of making sure to find all the collectibles!
Hopefully this works for you if that's what you decide to do.
If I do this will it erase multiplayer unlocks as well or just campaign progress?

Temporary fix until a patch ( If they can solve it )
It seems the campaign bug is for users that have played the 10 hour early access edition. Those who had completed the first 3 missions on the trial and then on full release carried on with the story from that same save have experienced this bug, meaning once the campaign was completed you couldn't go back to select any level apart from the first 3 which you could play in the trial edition. You still unlocked achievements and it shows on your career record as completed.
These methods of fixing the game cause you to lose your Campaign and Arcade data so you've been warned.PC Origin: - By TheJamP0t
1) Contact EA Support and get them to fully remove the Trial client from your account. Make sure it’s gone by checking your game library on your profile page.2) Close Origin fully, even do ctrl alt dlt and get rid of ‘OriginWebHelperService’
3) Then remove all the origin Cache files =

5) Uninstall Battlefront 2 and make sure all BF2 folders are gone including the one in Docs folder.
6) Reinstall Battlefront 2 and load up the game. All your settings and bindings should be reset and when you go to your campaign screen it should only have an option for starting a new game.
7) Do the first mission and save and close the game.
8) Turn back on cloud sync in your origin settings and reload the game and select use your local data ( NOT CLOUD DATA ).
9) Then play a bit more and when you close the game it will rewrite your old cloud data.

I posted on this problem earlier this morning on behalf of PC users. I tried the fix , but I didn't buy into reinstalling the entire game. It didn't make sense that this was a necessary step. I'm also impatient and lazy. The fix worked for me, and I completely skipped the steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
Yes - you do lose all arcade and campaign progress. Multiplayer unlocks, ranks, credits, crafting parts, crystals are all unaffected. The steps are identical from the previous post minus the uninstall-reinstall.
1) Contact EA Support and get them to fully remove the Trial client from your account. Make sure it's gone by checking your game library on your profile page. (Mine was already removed)
2) Close Origin fully, even do ctrl alt dlt (go to task manager) and kill the process "OriginWebHelperService"3) Then remove all the origin Cache files by following the exact steps at this link.
