I believe this milestone actually counts Headshot Kills, and not just headshots. I remember once having this issue of the milestone not progressing, and someone suggested me trying to get headshot kills instead. As my counter did go up eventually, I believe I did just that, but frankly I don't remember what conclusion I reached. It's stil an unfinished milestone to me to this day.
I recommend trying to get headshot kills and see if the counter goes up. If it does, then we know the true issue is misleading text, if it doesn't, then DICE will have to fix this.
If the site weren't so bad and didn't bug out when I was initially trying to make this thread, this wouldn't have happened. Not my fault I pressed submit and nothing happened for minutes, so I pressed it again.
