Anakin deserves the special-ness of being the only hero with a fourth ability *cough* poe *cough*
... Well since its not that special anymore, lets give more heroes a fourth ability! Gameplay is beginning to get stale, due to repeated strategies, and a lack of star cards, abilities, weapons, etc...
Here is my drawing board, and I hope others will add their ideas for fourth abilities, and how they should operate, etc.
Kylo Ren: Submit, freeze all nearby enemies and incoming blaster fire while Kylo and allies roam freely for X seconds.
Orrrrrr similar to Heroic Might and how it charges....
Submit, Kylo can freeze all nearby enemies and blaster fire while holding Triangle (for X seconds max) and keeps everyone/everything frozen until he lets go. He takes damage reduction while the ability is active, and cannot move or do anything else while he holds the freeze. Letting go of triangle releases the freeze. Can be blocked.
Phasma: Revenge, Captain Phasma walks around with her staff in hand (for X seconds) dealing super staff strikes that knock down opponents (like when Finn got knocked down by Phasma in TLJ, BRING BACK THE OLD-SCHOOL STAFF STRIKES FOR THIS ABILITY THEY WOULD BE PERFECTTTTTT), deflecting X% of all incoming blaster fire (her armor) or a damage reduction (like when Leia uses her automatic rifle). When you press L2 phasma holds the staff in one hand and aims her side arm (no scope, just a 3rd person zoomed in view) which can be fired with R2. Letting go of L2 brings her staff back in both hands and puts away her side arm.
Orrrrr On My Command, Phasma whips out her side arm that auto targets several enemies, like Lando, but a super version. Staff would definitely be my pick though. And staff would be most accurate to her character/history. Phasma is a staff fighting QUEEN! Maybe even a super stinger would be cool.
Emperor: Discharge, Emperor lets out a huge shock wave, dealing damage to all within range, and stunning them.
Orrrrrrr SCREAM, Emperor lets out a shrill scream, disorienting all nearby enemies (like a flash, or concussion rocket) and preventing them from using abilities for a short time.
Yoda: Grandmaster, Yoda targets all enemies within range and jumps from one to the other, dealing heavy lightsaber damage to each.
orrrrrr Reprieve, Yoda heals all nearby allies *this time just an instant heal one and done*, and reduces ability cooldown for all nearby allies (while they remain nearby for X seconds).
Rey: Unstoppable, Rey has unlimited stamina and her light saber deals more damage for X seconds.
Emperor: Clouded, the Emperor surrounds himself and allies in darkness, jamming radars and removing health buffs from all enemies in range. Can be used with Dark Aura for some naaaaaasty AOE domination.
Goodness... and I figured more people would be jumping up and down at the idea of more 4th abilities! lol
Since ST is getting the spotlight lately, these H&V should get 4th abilities ASAP:
Here are the other heroes/villains I feel should have "Retribution" type abilities ASAP:
Reason being, these are some of the strongest (worth debating of course) heroes/villains of their Era, and each have iconic duels/beef. This would also keep LS and DS balanced, in regards to abilities. At the moment, only LS has a super ability? psh...
There are plenty of ideas you can use, from movies, cartoons, and comics. I have already began brainstorming, and boy is my mind full of ideas. I would love to hear others. This would help tremendously with the balancing issues in HvV right now. We are trying to balance too few elements, but more abilities would give us some wiggle room. Arguably, more abilities might make things messier... Thoughts? Honestly, I think giving multiple options would be the ideal situation. If each hero/villain had 1-2 start cards that swap abilities, that would give players wiggle room to compensate/counter the team.
I honestly would be okay if Vader had Retribution as well................................ but definitely feel he should get something fresh.

At this time, at 1st, I want 4 abilities for BB-8/BB-9E. 😳
Also maybe some possibility for Leia?
