Hi Guys,
was just testing it on dx12 = same issue indeed, also it ignores now my setting to disable the "full screen stuff", again its like the game is limited to the hardware and limited at startup the game at max framerate of your screen , in my case 144fps (monitor 144hz)
played few minutes and see attached pictures "dx11 and dx12" , you see now again the weird graphic line from msi afterburner and the major fps drops
if i look between the pictures from dx11 and 12 , look to my Cpu watt
dx11 at 63,7 W
dx12 at 79,1 W
@EA_Blueberry do you know more about the difference for Directx 11 and 12 for this game and Cpu related ? in my opinion its seems that dx12 is pushing the cpu to hard ?
Regards
Low FPS after recent updates.
I used to play on Ultra, now the game is totally unplayable. Even the loading screen with EA logo seem to have like 5FPS (even though it says 200FPS in the corner).
Lowering details to Low makes the game run in 40-50fps, which is playable, but somewhat ridiculous given I have high end gear. No problems in other games (just tried Battlefield 1, so it's not the crappy Origin's launcher fault). All drivers up to date. DxDiag attached. Also a screenshot of 3FPS in the main menu: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a9e5lz9nlrta1o9/Screenshot%202019-10-27%2009.30.24.png?dl=0

You definetly aren't alone. I am running 2080 , and can always run on max ultra settings, but within the past couple days since some update, 10-25-2019 - 10-27-2019, massive FPS drops / studdering in both the menu and in-game.
Hope they fix this soon!

I also finished Windows Update, tried Full Screen / Windowed, etc, still the same...

I'm having the same problem. The game isn't playable for me at this fps / performance. I even lowered everything to low and issues still remain. The game played beautifully for me about a month ago when I last logged in.
