Camera bug in Evok Hunt

Hi I recently changed PC and noticed that when I am playing Evok Hunt now every time the resque appears my camera glitches (depending on the map it either goes black or locks at a waterfall) sometimes the cutscene doesn't even load. I still can move bc I see the minimap and other stuff the camera is just locked or black. I tried changing my video settings but nothing worked, I use steam so I tried to inspect the files and everything was good. Any thing I can do or should I just wait and see if it fixes mayby?

    For over a week, a critical issue has consistently occurred when the shuttle is supposed to arrive, preventing matches from concluding properly.

    1. Troopers team does not receive information about evacuation location
    2. The shuttle does not render. You can hear it and see its lights. Players are unable to board it (making it impossible for the Trooper team to win)
    3. Ewok players experience a black screen (respawn fixes this for a while)
    4. Trooper players lose normal camera control — the camera detaches from the character and switches to a side-scrolling panorama, similar to the post-match view
    5. This bug occurs in every match without exception

    Same. Everyone in the lobby always also has the issue. And I didn't change my PC setup.

    It's been over a month since the game has been broken !

    I've watched gameplay videos on YouTube where everything works fine. I have the impression that players are tied to specific servers, and for some the problem is constant, while for others it doesn't occur at all.

    Yep, happening to me and every stormtrooper, every match and it makes it unplayable.

    I finally got through to EA Support today and managed to get this officially escalated.

    The support agent confirmed they are filing this as a Server-Side Bug Report for the UK - EU region. They acknowledged the invisible shuttle and the camera detachment issue. 

    This is definitely a server issue, not your PCs, so don't bother reinstalling or changing settings!

    Sorry to disappoint you but they told me the same... twice. EA support is a BS
