Indeed , only my dx12 games had issues it seems, and that weird behavour off my gpu, thats why i was thinking about a windows 10 update,don't forget i was running allready on insider build 1909, expexted for public in november,
To be sure i did the drastic step, clean install win 10 1809, fired up call of duty 2019, problem directly solved
And indeed even with Raytracing on and multiplayer the game plays very smooth, avg 110 with graph settings on max
Will attach the before and after
Wil today also install back battlefront 2 and keep y'all posted....
I found the problem for me at least. There is a memory leack somwhere that is utilizing all 11gb of my gpus vram

Glad to hear you were able to locate the source. Did you run a memory test?- 6 years ago
@EA_BlueberryThanks to @TantivOdessa I noticed I'm having the same issue! It's using all 6gb on my rtx 2060. here's a screenshot https://i.imgur.com/eV7WBxT.jpg
I have run memory test before with no issues and SWBF2 is the only game thats using all my VRAMquick edit: ive done all the steps suggested in the beginning of this topic. The only thing I can think of that I could do is reinstall Windows in case a windows update is causing this. But that's a bit too much... Also in that screenshot I disabled Ambient Occlusion and TAA to see if I'd gain any performance. In the main menu I get around 30-40 fps with crazy stuttering. In game, specially where there are reflections on the floor and walls, it drops to 20 fps.

@EA_Blueberry My memory itself shows no issues. No matter how far down I turn down the settings and textures it uses all of the vram. i have only tested this in Felucia. I got so frustrated i didnt see if it happened on any other map.

Same problem as everyone else with my RTX 2070. It uses all my VRAM.. Heck it even uses 12 gigs of my system ram as well. Went from able to play smoothly at 1440p to impossible to play on DX12. Disabling DX12 completely fixes it but it doesn't look as good obviously. I did notice that before when it would optimize shaders at launch it would take a good 30-45 seconds or so. Now it's nearly instant (With DX12 and unplayable).. Don't know if that has any affect.

Thank for the info everyone, will be passing that along to the team. Good news is that they've made some progress around this and hoping to see some positive results in a future update.
