If your CPU bottlenecks at 100% suddenly, try this:
1.) Check in your bios the temperature and GHz/MHz of your CPU
1.1) Check CPU GHz/MHz also in CPUZ (each core should go full 3.2-3.6 or 4.2GHz, depending on what you have)
Found an error? Locked at 800MHz? Any sensor reporting wrong temp?
2.) Try download: throttle stop (shows temp and each core speed)

Disable (uncheck): BD PROCHOT
run Battlefront 2, but keep an eye on the temperature of your system, espc. your CPU temp.
Note: PROCessor HOT is the flag set, wenn sensor reports CPU to be at about 100 degree C.
Tip: Mine go as high as 55 on ULTRA, I use MSI Afterburner with Riva. Riva will allow you to lock the fps to what you need (60 or 144). Helps to avoid uneccesairy higher fps (more load on cpu and gpu) and keeps the system quiet and cool.

have the same issue
rtx2060, fps dropped terribly since the update
nothing else changed, all other games are running fine, just like before
both 16gb ram and 6gb vram used up at 99-100% during the game
please fix, game is unplayable
edit: cpu is actually only at about 45% max
edit edit: disabling dx12 as said by many fixes the fps problem, although it puts cpu at 100%?
so:
dx12 on:
cpu:30-45%
gpu:99-100%
ram:99-100%
poor fps
dx12 off:
cpu: 100%
gpu:40%
ram:40%
good fps

I have the same problem with Directx 12
In Directx11 i can play 120fps+
In Directx12 i have 50~60fps with 100% usage of GPU/VRAM and RAM
My specs are:
Intel i7 8700
RTX 2060 - 6GB
16GB RAM DDR4
Windows 1909 - Recently Installed
Nvidia Driver Version : 441.41- 6 years ago
I tried the clean boot thing and it fixed the problem for me
