Fuzzy Graphics

Question

I recently reset my PC, and now the graphics look weird. Blurry? Fuzzy? Not sure, but I know something Is off. I play on Ultra,4k,144 fps. Game always looked beautiful and never had any issues until I reset. Don't have motion blur, and all the other settings. 100% resolution, full screen, ultra settings. Nothing else installed on PC. Everything's up to date. It's like I can see the textures changing as I'm playing almost.&nbsp;

I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something.

According to your DXDIAG report, you installed mods at one point, so your support options are limited. Some mods can really mess with configurations.

While you can try updating your graphics drivers or setting all your monitor settings to native refresh of 60, a system reset may be in your future.
