G=Sync is working fine in the game. I've had no issues with my ROG monitor set to 165hz with G-Sync enabled. What you are experiencing is server lag (if in multiplayer) or your CPU usage is maxing out and causing the game to stutter, or possibly even a combination of both. Ever since the last patch both of these issues have been widespread. The number of new players who got the game around Thanksgiving/Black Friday also could have something to do with it. The server lag is terrible and causes the multiplayer battles to jump around and stutter and sometimes for no reason I've seen my CPU usage spike up to and stay at 100% (a 7700k running at 5.0GHz). The game needs some big fixes implemented but I can assure you that the G-Sync feature is working fine. This is on EA.
