I still feel that heroes are too strong. In galatic assault I wish for every 2 health they lose they would regen only 1. As it stands they are still too over powering.
I feel that heroes being so strong puts too much emphasis on cheesy battle point farming tactics that end up snowballing a team.
And unfortunately things are only going to get worse in this regard as people gain mastery of the heroes and unlock the best cards for them.
It's also pretty oppressive to players who are not using battle point farming strategies because as soon as the other team gets heroes they themselves get farmed by hero players.
I don't think it is healthy for the player-base. It's very discouraging for new players who are already at a disadvantage due to the card system.
Heroes should feel powerful and fun the moment you get them... if you restricted health regen more, eventually they would get to the point where they can't terrorize the regular troops but still feel powerful and effective at first. I think that's what it really should be... It would also spread the opportunity to play that hero more, as opposed to right now where players who get their favorite hero often will keep it for the whole match.
Honestly I've been focusing more on the enforcer and aerial troops over the heroes for cards/crafting. I figure I will always get to play those two even on games that don't go that well. Until they fix heroes to where they aren't easy to hog the entire game I don't see a point in buying heroes or crafting their cards. Especially since heroes vs villains is horribly designed this time around.
- 8 years agoI've only got to be a hero in GA once, Chewbacca! It was super fun and he felt strong, but hey its Chewbacca! I eventually got taken out.
On the flip side I took out Yoda with a Super Battledroid!! Felt so good and so bad hehe, hes so little!
If we work together we can take out heroes.
Maybe they are too op but, they are Jedi and Sith and Bounty hunters and Han and Chewie and a super tough princess! 🙂- 8 years ago
kylyo Ren only needs 1 impact grenade and a couple of head shots . Very easy to kill .. Maul is the hardest to kill.

Bossk is honestly the easiest hero to get ridiculous score on because he is so hard to kill and so easy to be effective with.
Unlike every other character, he will fully regenerate his health indefinitely if you equip the card that regenerates health if he stands in his poison cloud. Couple that with his insane amount of area of denial, extremely long effective range, and very strong indirect burst damage on demand with grenades and he's very easy to do well with.
If played right he can area of denial march his way right over an objective in very little time while eliminating anyone who tries to deal with him.
