Game crash on Hoth (Galactic Assault)

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform: PC
What is your issue related to? Game crashes
Summarize your bug: Game crashes to dekstop every time I play the first phase of the map Hoth in galactic assault. If I join a game where Hoth is played on the 2nd or 3rd phase, it doesnt crash.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? PRO_Gen_Reaper
How often does the bug occur? Always (100 %)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? Since I changed my laptop in October 2019 (Current laptop: ASUS ROG STRIX G)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? GMT+2
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know really. Not many people have my kind of bug. 
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes to desktop
Please select your region: Europe
Nvidia Model Number: GEFORCE GTX 1650 4 GB

Didnt play Hoth properly since a long time ☹️

    Hey, @PRO_Gen_Reaper make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date. 
     
    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with SWBF2 and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
     
    Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.

    Hello and thank you for replying to my situation. I have tried the clean boot and it did not work. I will try to reinstall my drivers and let you know if that worked. 🤓

    Hello! I have reinstalled my CPU, Graphics and Audio drivers and still nothing works. I reinstalled the audio driver because for some reason, from time to time, when I launch the game, the volume, although is set to 100%, it feels like it is set to 50%. This problem is fixed when a friend of mine joins the game and a pop up from Origin appears in the right lower corner. 

    Having this said, I still cant play Hoth and my audio problem is still bothering me from time to time (didnt mention earlier the audio problem thinking it was just a one time error).

    I have the exact same issue on my end, I have re-installed the game, the graphics drivers, given the game top priority on my network card, and deleted the documents folder, and run origin as an administrator, Any steps I should take to fix this? (The rest of the game runs flawlessly, it's just the first stage of Hoth Galactic Assault)
