YOU ARE MY NEW BEST FRIEND! Seriously. 6 hours working with an 3 different EA Reps yesterday and I come home and your suggestion fixed it. THANK YOU. Like seriously if they let you gift things in this game you might be getting something from me. :P
DToakes, Try this and see if it fixes your problem. I literally only installed the "Platform Update for Windows." out of the 70 updates and it worked. Only took 2 minutes.
No bother, I advised support to add it to thier troubleshooting screening as well so hopefully it wont take ages.

Ridiculous that this is still a problem at all, let alone 3 days after Deluxe Edition early access. If EA doesn't address this by the end of the weekend, I'm just going to have to refund the product. No sense in paying for something I can't use.
This issue has persisted since beta. BF2015 had the same problem. Any word on a fix?
