Battlefront 2 won't launch

Question

I keep getting the MSVCP120.dll and MSVCR120.dll missing errors.

I previously accessed the game through Epic but have deleted it there to continue attempting to play through Steam. Neither worked

I have attempted:

clean reinstall of battlefront 2 x2

Updating 2013 version C++ redistributables

Updating latest version C++ redistributables

Using the update all versions of C++ redistributables

repairs via all the above

Clean install latest version (unistalled C++ with installer, installed after)

launching with administrator

Placing copies of MSVCP120.dll and MSVCR120.dll in common folder next to executable (removed after didn't work)

Placing copies of MSVCP120.dll and MSVCR120.dll in game files (removed after didn't work)

Looking for further suggestions

Here is also the full list of C++ redistributableShould I consider deleting them all and restarting fresh with the latest version?

Finally fixed it myself:uninstalled ALL microsoft C++ redistributables listed in "add or remove programs" through windows.&nbsp;used this to redownload allLatest Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One Dec 2025 Download | TechPowerUpworks now.
