- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair (included for other readers)
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Still doesn't seem to work. It looked like it was going to work for a second, but still crashed. Tried multiple times. Just un-installed and will re-install again tomorrow and hopefully that helps, but hasn't in the past.
