I have the same issue. I try to launch the game and after a couple of seconds the "Play" button is not grayed out anymore and I can click on play again without anything happening. In a thread from november or so they said try re-installing Origin so I did that and still nothing happened. I also checked that my driver was up to date and I already re-installed the game, tried repair und checked for further updates. Still no solution...

@Hoth24_YT It looks like the Norton online scan still downloads content to your system, and I'd like to check if this is a factor.
@Fluxeryy Hi, sometimes when a game updates the AV won't consider the updated game to be whitelisted any more, so can I check that you've removed and re-added the game to the Allowed list?
As a test can you try temporarily disabling any Norton programs running on your system?I also want to be sure that we're dealing with the initial issue of the game not starting. If you're in the "too many computers" state then you will need to wait.
As another quick step you can try power cycling your router. It likely won't be the source of the issue, but this is a quick and easy step that can help if it's a router issue.

Im suffering the same thing, game wouldent launch and now Im locked out for too many computers, how long am will the lock out last? ive waited 2 hours
