Game doesn't launch after clicking play on Steam

Whenever I click play on steam it'll open up to a preparing your game popup from EA then it just boots into the library from the EA app, its the same result if I launch from the EA library and I have...

Hey everyone, 

If you bought the game on Steam and you're getting the error message on the EA app, please try running both Steam and the EA app as admin and then launching the game directly from Steam. If the problem persists, please share a DxDiag:
