Game doesn't open

Hello, so i have downloaded the game through gamepass and when i click play it opens the epic launcher and EA and on the game in EA it says it is trying to launch but it then doesnt launch at all. Ive tried only downloading on the EA app and its still doing the same, ive disconnected accounts from EA and from Epic but still the same and having a new EA account still does nothing. Any advice, TYIA!
