Game is unplayable Freeze/Stutter even with high FPS

Hi! Just bought this game today, playing the campaign and realize it keep stutter and freeze during cutscenes and gameplay. I tried multiplayer and it happens the same. Gameplay is a bit smooth but...

I have this too. Already tried everything mentioned here, nothing works. Happens in Arcade and single player campaing as well, making the entire game unplayable.

Are the devs even aware of this? I couldn't find any confirmation that they're working on a fix.
