Game is unplayable Freeze/Stutter even with high FPS

Hi! Just bought this game today, playing the campaign and realize it keep stutter and freeze during cutscenes and gameplay. I tried multiplayer and it happens the same. Gameplay is a bit smooth but...

Today's patch didn't fix this.

This is wierd, i've been looking through the forum and many has the same problem. Still no words from the devs ☹️ Even some playstation and Xbox players have the same issue.

    The custscene are very freezing in Single, but in game i have 90+ FPS on Ultra.
