The 141 means your graphics system (specifically the graphics engine i think). And if this file is recent, then these are Windows Error Reporting crash dump reports. You have a lot of the same ones, so its probably all related. My guess is, its crashing in the kernel, so its probably NOT the game itself.
You are having problems with several possible things. The video card may be overheating, or its malfunctioning. One thing to start with is running a video card stress test, aswell as a system stress test. There may be thermal stress somewhere.
Another thing you could check to confirm is the SYSTEM tab in event viewer. YOu could at least make sure there are faults happening. Those events would be listed there. If the application isn't faulting, then its the kernel subcomponents that may be. DirectX could be an issue. But your GRAPHICS drivers could be at fault too. I would try to do a clean install of previous drivers to see if the problem goes away.
But make sure your card isn't overheating, or any other component. Make sure you know what temperature its supposed to be at too.

@SteveZee I saw a big problem in my cooling system, because four fans were not working. I have fixed this today and ran the game until it crashed again. Now, we can conclude that this is not a cooling issue, but something else. For further investigation look at my findings and try to find another way to explain the cause of this bug:

3 quick questions. Have you tried running other games ?
Have you ever stress tested your system before? GPU included.
Have you tried reverting your drivers back several version. 5 or more.
Also can you post what the windows error reporting event actually says? Perhaps the desktop window manager aswell.
I think the last part of that is your SYSTEM tab in event viewer.

If you can post all the information about these too that'd be great. The 4101 is probably your device driver being restarted, which means the driver itself is crashing or possibly just not responding.
