Game Keeps Crashing

I used to play Battlefront 2 a lot, it has been some time since I have but over that time I have updated my PC and it runs everything much better now. However, every game I load into freezes and then crashes sometimes after 5 or so minutes and sometimes after 30 seconds. I have uninstalled, moved the game, downloaded old drivers, turned off any non recommended settings. Repairing the game from my EA account also freezes, I am out of ideas,  please help me Star Wars community, your my only hope.

    Hey i found out that it's something to do with cloud saves not wanting to work...

    Unfortunately not, I had made sure to turn it off already, I heard it was the most common reason

    dang, I had Borderless on and DirectX12 and changed both and I'm able to play again, sorry that didnt help

    Turn off NVIDIA recording completely, including the entire overlay, and it will work. If you want to record, use OBS.

    My NVIDIA recording and entire overly are off, I don't typically use it ever. The thing is I just played monday for triple XP and was perfectly fine for the whole day, its just started happening after that ended and I have changed a single thing so I am having a hard time finding solutions.

    I'm having this same problem. On dx11 it freezes for a second and crashes, on dx12 it runs for longer but there's a LOT of visual artifacting during cutscenes and still crashes. Still can't find a fix. Drivers are updated and Nvidia overlay/recording is off.
