Game Lag/Encoder Overload On Streaming Software

So on Wednesday 03/10/2021 @ 6pm EST, I was starting up my Twitch Stream over on my Twitch Channel: https://www.twitch.tv/lots_of_pyro

I launched Star Wars Battlefront 2 through my EA Play Connected to my Steam Account

I had the latest version of OBS Studio Running with the latest StreamElements OBS Live Plugin.

To know my Current OBS Settings - Please Refer to the Attached File "OBS Stream Output"

Right as I opened up the game I started noticing this Encoding Overload and it was not fun.

For a better details in knowing the conflicts I was having. Please refer to my Twitch VOD to know what exactly is happening: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/945064408

Notice how many easy kills I should have had in the 1st part I had started in? Yeah.. Not fun at all..

I switched to Boba Fett in the 2nd Game Attempt and I was better while outside. I was doing Decent and after the 1st Wave of Attack everything just went choppy. Choppy to a point where I had Boba Fett's Jet Pack triggering on its own and I was just trying to cope with finishing the game.

I'm running an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor With 64GB DDR4 RAM on an NVIDIA 1660 TI GPU and Windows 10 Home 64.bit. I have super high speed internet too.

These issues aren't just with Battlefront 2. It's for all the Star Wars Games on PC. Battlefront 1, Jedi Fallen Order and a few others. I've even had the EA Madden Games cause issues.

While I'm typing this post. I've gone into my NVIDIA GeForce Experience Software and Adjusted all the Settings - See Attached File "GeForce" for more details.

As soon as I got off of Battlefront 2. I put my OBS Bitrate back to the way you see in the OBS Screenshot. I then played CS:GO and Battlefield 4 with no issues and the stream was 100% fine. Si it has to be something in the end in the game and not my hardware for my PC.

I guarantee you that after I post this thread and then I open Battlefront 2 up again. I'm gonna have perfect performance settings and not experience any Lag or any of that nonsense.
