Game laggs after the update 1.2

Before the update 1.2 I could play battlefront 2 without any performance problems, but after it the game laggs very much. So I cant play it anymore because I have laggs every two seconds. I thought i...

The problem is almost solved with the Han Solo Season. There are almost no laggs left. But I dont think its the game.

It helps me a little bit, I was playing without lag after I tried that but the annoying connection bar keep coming back telling me "slow internet connection" and the lag comes back... It is just a partial solution.

EA did something with the servers that made them unusable for me.

Hello! I did those things that u mentioned but I still have lags after this patch.. I hope they will fix it soon They will loose us fast if they don't don't something about it. Same like some ppl the lag is 2-3 mins and then its gone. But when map changes it is lagging again. Help us EA!

Pleying borderles helped a lill bit but it could be my imagination.

They will just tell you it's your internet. I chatted with a person claiming he is in the support team (in EA support) but we all know its people from India that know nothing but sending me links to fix a problem.

Since 1.2 I cant play on peak hours anymore because of the lag. I am sure that the problem is that more people came back to the game because of the update and the sales going on and the servers are not optimized for that amount of people. In the next weeks, it will be fixed, hopefully.

Yeah well I had the same lack of interest with an EA Help person, and his email was a waste of time even reading.

Best suggestion is to ask if the person if he/she is certified in TCP/IP Protocol. If he/she says yes, ask where and when. If he/she says no, then the person is not trained to assist in fixing said issue.

Thanks you all for the answers. I'm pretty dissapointed that after one day any moderator can came to my post and say "Hey, I'll look what is happening" or at least explain to me why is this happening...

As I said before, maybe if I had a better internet connection, this wouldnt be happening to me. But I insist, I'm an actual lvl 50, I have 87% of challenges completed, the platinum trophy, all the starcards unlocked, at least my favorite 3 blue cards with every character (including starships, speeder, tank, etc), every weapon with all the mods... And I got all with my poor internet.

It is perfectly possible to play without troubles with my connection. If I can't after this patch the only logical deduction is that EA worsened the quality of the servers connection. It is an EA fault, not mine, I should be able to play.
