Game missing from library

Hi there, I have just recently encountered an issue with my SW Battlefront II.  I bought the game back on December 8th, 2019 while Origin was still the Windows app.  I guess at some point either when I linked my steam account or when they switched from Origin to the EA app my SW Battlefront II disappeared from my Library.  I still have my Order Receipt from Origin stating that I did purchase the game so I contacted an EA Help Advisor in hopes the game would be returned to my Library.  Well, after contacting them I received a few emails and thought they may be able to help, its been about 2 days and I still have not had any word aside from day one despite me emailing and asking for an update on my case.  At this point I don't know what to do and really just want my game back.

    Hey  @Elongated_Musk5   In most similar cases players are logging in on the EA app with the wrong email address thinking that their game is missing. 

    If you have some other email please try to log in and check your game library on the EA app. Check your purchase history on that account to confirm the order.  

    In case of any further troubles please contact our support via chat, so see can look through your account history and see what happened. 

  • I don’t know if I mentioned this or not but I have the order receipt from origin on the same email that I use for EA so there is no possible way it’s the wrong email.  I’ve even looked at my purchase history and it’s like my account never even existed because there’s nothing there.  I’ve contacted support multiple times and they do respond in the beginning but eventually they stop and won’t respond anymore.  Support has been of no help to me what so ever and I’m starting to become extraordinarily agitated.
