Hey @Elongated_Musk5 In most similar cases players are logging in on the EA app with the wrong email address thinking that their game is missing.
If you have some other email please try to log in and check your game library on the EA app. Check your purchase history on that account to confirm the order.
In case of any further troubles please contact our support via chat, so see can look through your account history and see what happened.
I don’t know if I mentioned this or not but I have the order receipt from origin on the same email that I use for EA so there is no possible way it’s the wrong email. I’ve even looked at my purchase history and it’s like my account never even existed because there’s nothing there. I’ve contacted support multiple times and they do respond in the beginning but eventually they stop and won’t respond anymore. Support has been of no help to me what so ever and I’m starting to become extraordinarily agitated.
