Game not launching
My game won’t launch every time I click play an error code comes up saying unable to launch due to account does anyone know how to fix this

Hi, I´m having a similar problem
Actually, it doesn´t say anything about the codes but to an account that I need to log in, an "Origin" account
I´ve tried log in with my EA account and it won´t work
Also, I´ve tried chagin my password of EA through that window (the one of the images) and also won´t work
Appart of that, I´ve tried creating an account through that window (again, the one of the images) and also IT WON´T WORK
It IS really frustrating because the game is new, I haven´t play it yet at all
I HOPE someone could uplopad a solution, I´ll be very gratefullBtw
I want to add that I bought the game
And i already cleaned and restarted the EA app
