Game on 4k TV is now Green and stretched out at 60hz .. was working prior patch

Summarize your bug Prior to the .02 patch I was able to play Battlefront II on my 4k TV at 60hz. Now post patch, when I set it to that resolution the screen is green and stretched. All other games are working fine on my TV at 4K 60HZ

What happens when the bug occurs? When set at 3840x2160 at 60hz... screen gets stretched and green. Was working fine prior to todays patch
