Community Admin@jrenken4 Thank you for the post. Can I ask what system you're on?
If you're still seeing this today, perhaps a reinstall or repair will help? If you're on PC you can right-click the game panel to get the repair option.
Hopefully this was just a temporary issue, but if not the reinstall may help.
updated the game today, and installed the latest Nvidia 388.43 drivers, now game loads to black screen, eventually mouse pointer shows up, can hear background sounds of the game, but still stuck on black screen with mouse.. uninstalled the Nvidia drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller, reinstalled them, being met with same issue, repaired the game, says all files are valid.. issue remains

Im on ps4 actually, like I said I would play a couple matches and then the screen would get stuck black with the loading icon in the top right (I know I said top left, accident) music would still be playing, but the next game would never actually load. Same goes for if I quit out to go to the main menu.
This wouldn't happen all the time, but maybe once or twice a day. Let me know what else I can do to help. Ill try re-downloading the game too (I have a physical copy)
- I don’t think anything is wrong with your installation because I am having trouble tonight also on ps4. First attempt to launch game, sat staring at the losding screen for a long time, then my ps4 pro powered itself off. Crash report submitted to sony after rebooting.
Second attempt, I actually got the game to load after another long wait. Tried to play a Strike, after a long wait, I was put in an empty server waiting for other players... I am certain the servers are borked tonight. Before giving up, I fid notice that there is now a cool down timer regarding when I can get my next daily crate. Timer wasn’t there yesterday, so EA must have pushed a server-side update and I suspect that update broke the servers...
