game stuck on "launching"

it is just loading and loading on "lauaching", i dont know if it changes anything but when i try to launch the game it also luanch epic games (i bought the game from there), aslo when ever i open ea...

    nvm i somehow fixed it it was something about my account they where not linked thank you for the help tho

sorry the logging in thing is fine now it somehow fixed itself

Hey @TenOlive952,

Sometimes it is possible that other PC processes are blocking the EA app from working as intended, in this case blocking the EA app from launching a certain game. It is indeed possible that these things get solved automatically.

Did you do anything specific, before you noticed the issue resolved itself?

    hello,

    i dont think so, the only thing that may be diffrent is that i got the game from epic games, when i first downloaded the game from ea i took me a while beucuse i dont have good wifi so when it reached like 96% i had to cancel it and redownload because it did not move, also when ever i try to open the game from epic it makes me sign in again (i am just using ea now so i dont care about that), but every time i open the game from ea it opens epic games and asks me to log in and when i do it says that the account is allready in use or something so i just close the window.

    thank you for the help, also sorry but i am bad at english so if you could text with simple english please it will help out alot, thank you again.

      Hey @TenOlive952,

      It is quite normal that if you own an EA game via a different launcher, Epic in this case, it also has to open the EA app in order to launch the game itself. This is working as intended.

      The reason the launcher keeps asking for your account details, is probably because the "Keep me signed in", or an equivalent, was not checked.
