Game stuttering disk usage

My game is using a lot of disk causing it to have a lot of freezes and stuttering, making it unplayable, it worked fine before, can somebody help me please? I've tried clearing the cache, clearing temp folder, clearing shaders cache, verifying files, restarting the router to see if it was a connection problem and turning off ingame overlay, also turning down graphics doesn't seem to help.

My specs:
GPU: EVGA GTX 750 2 GB
CPU: INTEL CORE I5-6400 2.7 WITH BOOST TO 3.2 GHz
RAM: 8GB RAM DDR4
HDD: 1TB WDC WD10EZEX-21WN4AO

    Looking at your setup and you are just below the minimum requirements for CPU and GPU for Star War: Battlefront 2. @vaaan700 

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    OS: 64-bit Windows 7 SP1/Windows 8.1/Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): AMD FX 6350
    Processor (Intel): Intel Core i5 6600K
    Memory: 8GB RAM
    Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB
    Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
    DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or equivalent
    Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 60GB

    Why it can change from patch to patch is we do changes to the game and we make sure that minimum requirements are meet but anything below that won't be.

    I've noticed the same stuttering and disk activity...It's like the game is loading a lot during gameplay. The game ran perfectly before :/

    Maybe there is some memory leak...I was worried but I've tried everything, seems like running in borderless fullscreen helps with it but it doesn't totally dissappear.

    I've tested it on lower settings. It is doesn't matter if it is on low or ultra settings, the ssd is loading constantly. It was butter smooth before, but now i got these stutters during gameplay. Every other game on my pc is working perfectly so it is not my rig. I quess i put the game on the ice until it is not fixed. I have a ryzen 5 1600, gtx 1660, 16 gb ram, an ssd, playing on 1080p resolution. It was perfect before, but after a few patch the performance got worse.
