Summarize your bug Can't launch game properly. When game is launched, either an infinite (i assume, the longest I've waited was an hour) black screen occurs, or the game displays the proper loading screen only to crash to desktop a couple minutes later. I've attempted repairing the game, restarting my computer, etc. but nothing has worked so far.

I've put it down as capital supremacy because "while attempting to start the game" is not a game mode. As stated in the summary, I've attempted to repair the game, restart and shut down my computer, etc. I just want to play, none of my friends appear to be having this problem and I don't understand why I am. The only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm probably going to try that soon.
