Game wont launch from steam (not installed error)

I bought this game from steam a while ago and played it a few times but now after reinstalling it it tells me the game isnt installed on origin I cleared the origin cache nothing happend I reinstall...

    well im about to completly give up on your "support"

Hello @flakigel83 

Please make sure that you are logged in to Origin with the EA account that is linked to your Steam.

I would also suggest trying to clear Steam download cache:

  • Open the Settings panel by selecting "Steam > Settings" from the top left client menu. 
  • In the Settings, select the Downloads, and click "Clear Download Cache" button.

If the issue still persists, please contact customer support.

    My account is already linked since 2021

    Clearing the steam cache does nothing.

    @EA_Montimer considering your "support" wont give me any other option then the answers HQ this isnt gonna get solved.

      Its an Origin error Not a steam error.
