If you are interested in getting your issue resolved, attach a DXDIAG report.

I've got the same issue
Win 11, won't start at all despite repair, and then reinstall of EA and the Game

@oxygenkiosk You are running an Insider Preview release of Win11. That is likely your issue. Also, you have NVIDIA drivers other than what's available via NVIDIA website at the moment - perhaps came with the Insider Preview.
Also, your drive E has no available space. You need at least 10% available on all your drives to ensure apps don't start choking.
Look at the Diagnostics section of the DXDIAG report. Multiple issues there you will want to look into.

You need to disable on-board graphics in BIOS @Zacharybinx34 . You also have a bunch of issues showing in the Diagnostics section - could be because you have on-board graphics enabled.
I'm using the onboard video as well - why is that an issue?

You generally don't want to run onboard graphics when you have a dedicated graphics card. It tends to confuse multiple applications including multiple EA games that must run on a dedicated graphics card.
Did turning off on-board graphics resolve your issue?

Thanks!
It might be the Insider Preview... which to resolve would be a clean install of Windows, which would be particularly annoying if this isn't the issue.
Everything else seems to be working.
In terms of drives I have
The C drive is the master working drive with the OS
The D Drive has 2.9 TB free (Game Storage)
The E drive is designed to be full as it's a CCTV NVR drive.
The F Drive has 1.4 TB free (Non game storage old websites etc)
The NVIDA driver is version 555.41 release date 24/01/2024 and installed via the GEFORCE Experience UI. So nothing that should conflict or be outside of NVIDA's doing.

You shouldn't need to do a clean install of Windows. You will either need to wait for the GA release or indicate that you wish to leave the Insiders Preview program, which is what I did a while back, because it was causing issues.
I'm not sure what's going on with the driver. I don't recall GeForce Experience providing different drivers than what's directly available from the NVIDIA site. Nonetheless, there is a new driver released this month, which I would try.
Still won't launch.
