The diagnostics section of your latest report shows that you still have multiple apps failing - i.e. you don't just have an issue with this game. You will need to figure out your broader issue.
FWIW - I suggest unplugging the TV and only using the Asus monitor while you are trouble shooting.
What all do you see that's failing?

Look at the Diagnostics section of your DXDIAG report.
Any ideas what might be causing that?

As mentioned, you have multiple applications having issues - possibly one issue impacting multiple apps; possibly multiple issues. I do not know. You will need to chase those down. Google is your friend. 🙂
The more I think about this, the more I think I've got some wonky issues with Windows happening here. Don't get me wrong, EA has done an abysmal job fixing this issue, as I've had for over a year now on multiple machines, but when I installed Windows I ran some debloating software that may have gut more than it should have. I had that problem show up with one game already, that I fixed, but I think I'm just gonna do a full fresh install without any debloat and see what happens.
I'll update this post afterwards with my results.
Thank you!
Welp, that wasn't it - fresh Windows 11 install, same problems. Drivers fully updated too.
I also noticed my second desktop with it's own Steam/EA account isn't working either, and it was last night.
EA is terrible.
