I preordered both Battlefront, Battlefront 2, Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor, but all my games are no longer in the my libary? I really dont want to repurchase them and lose all my levels.
Ive deleted my cache, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, does anyone have any ideas?
When this happened to me, I had to restart EA app rather than reinstall it. There was an update that required a restart.
While I cannot say this is definitely the case with EA app, sometimes the version of software that gets installed is dated and needs to be updated. Windows is an example of this.
If that doesn't work for you, I suggest you contact EA support directly, as you might have something going on with your account.
