General Grievous Blockstun Animation Cancelling

To me this was a design choice. And Grievous isn't the only one to feature this, both Kylo and Yoda also have a really low stagger effect after attacking a block.

But all this won't matter soon when they release the new update with the new saber system, which will feature 0 stagger when attacking a block.
