    @MasterPadwan77 look closely you will see that the 3rd card is not a Grievous card, looks like a shield. That's the problem I believe @swishlaflare is experiencing. It's a common occurance. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Star-card-equipped-on-wrong-troop-and-cannot-unequip/m-p/6709740#M11345 I've also seen plenty of other threads. The solution seems to be deleting locally stored data. A long time ago I recall reading a thread to do with star cards equipped in arcade causing a similar issue. I suggest going and deactivating all star cards in arcade then restart the game to see if that helps to resolve the issue prior to deleting locally saved data as this may save you losing all your arcade and campaign progress.

Your image shows that you have three star cards equipped for Grievous.  What exactly is the issue or the problem that you are seeing.  The three cards in your image are all equipped if you want to change them you have to press square to go to card menu.  Then you have to deactivate a card by pressing circle on one of the activated cards and then you can select another card once of off the three cards have been deactivated.

    I did try Grievous in arcade before all modes and equipped star cards, I will try to unequip all cards in arcade mode, thank you!
