This issue is in the game since Grievous launched. They actually released a fix for this that greatly reduced the occurence of this bug 2 or 3 months ago. Before the "fix" it was happening A LOT more often (pretty much 2 of 3 activations/deactivations were bugged). The bug became a bit rare since then.
Yes i know its been there since his launch but it wasn't as bad as now. Before u could use an ability to get out of it but now u can't at times. As for saying now it's rare, not for me it's not. It was rare i saw this bug but since the last update i see it everytime I go him
