@AOD_Viribus_Vale It’s not so much their own Wifi, but the connection their PC may be having to the servers. But if the ping is fine I can’t think of why it’s not connecting
This is the thing. I'm going to have them check a few things - which I don't believe to be the case - but after that I am at a bit of a loss, hence this thread.
