Global Player Rank reset

Have you tried to power cycle your Xbox One to see if the correct rank will show up? 🤔

I'm having this same issue also on PS4, with the added bonus a bunch of characters getting A BUNCH of skill points/changing levels. I've tried everything (power cycling, etc.) and nothing's worked, though I only dropped from 29 to 16. 50 to 2 is brutal.

It happened to me as well, from level 50 to level 1. At first I was very happy: I was going to get those credits per level up that I never got because I got to level 50 too early, so most of the levels I gained were before they applied the credits per level gain.

But as all BUGs with EA: Even if the screen tells me I got like 3000 credits in a match, only the hundreds that I was supposed to get with no level up boost are accounted. Really EA? You reset my level and don't allow me to gain the benefits from it? Stupid BUG

My overall level was level 38 last night, logged in half an hour ago and i'm down to level 7.  Really don't want to rank through all those levels again ☹️ ☹️ ☹️

Of course I tried. My Xbox is completely turned off every night anyway, I don't use the Instant on mode. I even used it elsewhere, so it was also unplugged twice.

I actually dropped to level 1, I only noticed the whole thing because I levelled up and didn't understand what the hell was going on. :D

Yep, same thing here, got some totally random skill points aswell. For Yoda's, Maul's, and Poe's ships, I think.

I was actually happy at first, yes - I already have the level 50 achievement (which seems to be bugged for 99% of people), and global rank doesn't even make any sense in this game. So yea, I thought I was getting a quick buck, but nah, these level-ups are not actual level-ups. ☹️

We deployed a fix early this morning, this should solve any inconsistent and missing stats.

It seems the fix this morning fixed my Global Player Rank and stats. I'm back to Rank 50 and all my kills and score are restored. However, my trooper and hero levels are still not restored. My Bossk, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, Palpatine, Han Solo, Iden Versio, Kylo Ren, Lando, Luke Skywalker, Rey and Phasma were all level 40. Now they are level 37. Leia was 39 and she is 37 as well. My Boba Fett was 29 and now he is 32. My Yoda was 28 and now he is 33. Maul and Finn seem unaffected and have their correct levels. My Assault, Heavy, Officer and Specialist were all level 70 and now they are 69. My Enforcer and Aerial were level 30 and now they are level 21. My Armor was level 30 and now it's level 25. My Speeder was 24 and now is 25. Artillery has it's correct level. Fighter, Interceptor and Bomber also have their correct levels.On the other hand, all my Hero Ships seem to have gained levels and skill points. I'm on Xbox One, my gamertag is yoanaidarov.

My global rank was restored to 50 (was downgraded after the friday fix). The classes are partially restored, sadly not the experience points for heroes.

1. bug after today´s hotfix

After i´ve logged in today, the "tremendous service" unlocked message popped up. Got 500 crystals and the emote crate. But i´ve never finished the last missing challenge "disrupted enemies".
