Another thread was opened because you or your colleagues FAILED to communicate with the community.
you never disclosed that you sent my videos to be investigated; you never acknowledged any of our issues EVEN AFTER multiple people posted about having the same issue.
The conclusion I drew was what would any objective game tester would come to with testing and given that EA’s “upfront-ness” and credibly are poor when it comes to their customers.
Many of us have dedicated a lot of time into this title and have supported it regardless of any mis steps that had been taken so when the Community managers are mute about issues that many are having expect that the people are going to post threads.
now we’re going to be waiting here until someone tells us why this is occurring and / or when it’s going to be fixed!
